BUT what is the slice of the overall market share Chi-X will get in Australia? It will take long long time to achieve a good slice.

Chi-X Japan is only get 1.14% of Nikkei 225 Market share.

Major shareholder of Chi-X is Singapore Stock Exchange which had a bid for ASX, consideration is around $48 per share for each ASX if I wasn't wrong.

For new trader/investor, those sort of shares will not be better choices.
