If it is they will be rating Mig33/LAT on comparative user metrics, which if correct would mean that they will see much more serious upside. One hundredth of Ten Cent, the similar Hong Kong listed social media company, would see LAT having a notional market cap of $1.3 billion! Or over $1 per share. Here's hoping I am right and it is the overseas cavalry.
