MTS has dropped sufficiently for me to start my buying run on this stock this week.

I don't use stops, but I do use a 'slow dollar averaging' approach.

However my effective 'stop' is the small amount of initial capital allocated (around 1%).

At current prices, I believe there is a fair degree of margin of safety.

However IV is low on the 'certainty factor', so position will be small.

I will add on significant further price declines (subject to no market information) in small increments,
or will react (either buy/sell) on new market information.

At current share prices I never need this company to grow again into the future.

I just need it to stabilise earnings at around 20c. And reduce debt.

To the downside at current market prices, I can still afford it to stabilise earnings at around 16c, reduce debt and pay an annual dividend of 9c. This is not a hard call in my opinion.

Anyway good luck to the shareholders out there.
