Fibonacci is in the process of starting a SMSF.The company is set up and all the relevant paper work is done except for one thing that is required which is the letter from the ATO "letter of compliance".This is where i need help.This is a new SMSF.I have 2 super funds with which i wish to roll into the SMSF.But to be able to do so i need a letter of compliance to be able to get both of them to roll the funds over.Can anyone help with that.Any info would be appreciated as i really need this ASAP.Before markets dump even more.
