If you start worrying about short term SP changes you will soon go mad - and I should know as I went mad years ago.
As a long-haul investor I'm only concerned with clinical trials, and it's more important to do these right than do them quickly. The process will take 1-2 years at least, and there's no way of avoiding it.
Just wait for announcements, re-evaluate based on evidence, ignore SP fluctuations.
