but its a question of 'when' and perhaps 'maybe'
last yr, at the same time when the price was going up, Peter Beattie said publicly that he felt that it was not a good idea to allow Uranium mining in Qld as he did not want to threaten the coal industry (the two are not related - but anyway).
the fact is .. the share price can do whatever the market wants to do with it ... until the government changes, or the qld ALP changes its stance .. SMM won't make a single cent on their Uranium.
but i do agree ... if/when the law changes in Qld ... SMM will go through the roof. and I did hold this one for a while last yr .. made some good money on it too.
