re: valuation of smm: vul takeover Unfortunately, some investors don't pay attention to ever increasing Uranium prices.

As mentioned, when the U price was US$40, I predicted some US$26 increase over the next 12 months, a huge 65% and this will increase the InSitu SMM Uranium values of course and the SMM price as well. This thread has calculations to estimate the effect of this outcome.

At the moment, at US$46, this increase is more than predicted and as now much higher oil prices are being forecasted, the following outcomes will be expected:

1. Uranium prices need to rise in line with oil prices.

2. The number of Nuclear power stations will vastly increase compared with those originally planned. If oil reaches $100, be prepared for panic actions to increase Nuclear facilities.

3. A Uranium price of UDS$100 or more is envisaged within a reasonable time. This does'nt really affect the total cost of the Nuclear facility, therefore there will be little resistance.

Investors ought to take note of increasing U prices as these on its own can be more than sufficient to make an investment in SMM very worthwhile, IMHO.

Add to that the ever increasing resources arising from drilling results.
