re: valuation of smm: a174 mill offered What pre-emptive rights does SMM have? RoFR for the rest of the equity of VAH? Could SMM make an offer for Valhalla that could trump PDN? It looks to me like the Board has agreed with the offer from PDN and obviously with a large representation on Valhalla's Board, SMM must be in agreement.
Anyone have any other thoughts?
