re: valuation of smm: a174 mill offered Gerry, thanks for your input. If I get this correct, RSG will swap its VUL shares for PDN shares. This seems like a smart move on their part as they will get exposure to PDN's income stream coming online soon and through PDN will still have exposure to the VUL's properties.
I think this is a done deal as SMM would only be able to do a similar deal whereas they do not have an income stream anytime soon.
