re: valuation of smm: a174 mill offered This deal will not limit SMM upside as they are in the same position as before excepting with PDN rather than Resolute as the partner.
SMM could make a counter offer, however, I would be surprised if Eggars allowed for SMM # of shares to increase that dramatically. PArt of the charm of SMM is it low # of shares.
In the end I believe this strengthen SMM's position. WIth the 'newest' major producer as a partner will give greater weight to the project rather than a U junior explorer as a partner.
