re: valuation of smm: a174 mill offered This offer may have the effect of capping SMM in the short term if no one else comes in but it also reinforces the runup in the SMM share price by saying these deposits have value and will be mined - SMM have a lot more uranium than Vul. I agree this is a very good deal for PDN -- I can't understand why they didn't take the average of the last 20 days of PDN sp -- the same as they are doing with the offer justification for VUL - there is no premium in there at all - the same as RPT
