re: valuation of smm: a174 mill offered I agree but am a little surprised at the markets reaction.
1..SMM is still manager so calls the shots.
2..SMM has many other deposits that they own 100% and could be bigger than Valhalla i.e Andersons.
3..The iron ore in the Constance Range could have some significant future value.
But PDN coming in like this must have a very strong belief that the policy will change sooner rather than later.And they would be a better partner than RSG controlled VUL. To me it looks more positive than negative. But the market doesnt agree.
