Howard has ample excuse to crack down on the Qland Govt because they are the cause of capital losses Australia can't really afford.
All this could have been foreseen, I saw it long ago and made my feelings known then.
Instead they relied on changes of opinion from the ALP leaders, but by the time mining is approved this way, the most important companies will be gone.
