Acorn Capital sold the bulk of- or all their 14 mill shares and is not a substantial holder anymore.
While on the one hand they formed part of the protection being a big shareholder, we won't be having them constantly feeding shares for sale anymore and that is a positive IMHO.
They sold the latest bundle for $2.83 while the current price is $3.44
The announcement was at 3.51 pm which was virtually at the end of trading. The market should now be informed.
