I am interested in your views about the upcoming capital raising. I put some of my thoughts forward in an recent post. I guess I thought initially it was a negative. But on balance, i think the extra equity is a necessary evil so that EXR can expand and make spending commitments. I also note that "funding" was a key word in the presentation in relation to the round 23 grants. Those grants include fallow discoveries ie. given the excellent track record of the Granby/Elixir alliance, I am very hopeful they will be granted one or more fallow discovery blocks in this round. That would be money for jam.

Even after the up coming equity raising, this will still be a low cap stock and grossly under-valued. Given the very strong run that GBP has had, with its infant exploration programme, EXR should demand even better support on the AIM. GBP's market cap is now up to >$100m. EXR with its already mapped prospects and upcoming drilling must surely exceed it.
