Capital raising will proceed in European centres next week with three directors presenting.[London atm]
THE DILUTION : they said that the dilution will send the share price up! as it* is like the keys to achieving everything else ....pay for 8 wells over the next two years , and have 2 million pounds left over to do other things ?????????? These prices atm are dirt cheap as the wells are baby elephants . Successful capital raising will mean not having to farm down and retain upto 50% share in wells . [ well share for first few will be 15-30% share ]
