re: starting to creep up again - bids getting stro I wouldn't put TOX in the same category as RRS. Tox just nearly made a 1 million dollar quarter profit and their plants are booked out for over a year and have are also completing upgrades this month, so its highly unlikely this profit will decrease (almost certain to increase). RRS on the other hand maybe have a deal in Puntland in Somalia where there is potential for abundant resources, however Somalia is one of most unstable and dangerous countries in the world.

I'm not against RRS, I even traded them the other week for a profit, they have a huge risk/reward payoff. I feel tox is MUCH lower risk than rrs whilst the reward potential is almost as high.
