    I would say their is a little circle of money occurring which is causing the downward pressure.

    for example ERJ raise cash at 1.2c from person A.

    Person A sells all shares at or above 1.2c but person A keeps the free options.

    ERJ then raise cash from person A at 1.1c and the circle repeats.

    Until something happens that breaks that circle.
