Lbank their MC is less than FEX.
I would look at market cap not shares prices for your decision as to whether they are cheap or not - and then only relative to what they have - SOI, resource, PFS and an NPV etc.
purely looking at share prices of companies is probably the worst reference point for comparison mate.
