re: no green bottles hanging on There is no such thing as a standard take or pay contract-that description merely reflects the style of the contract.

The details in the contract hold the devil-it will, to be anything like binding, have commencement dates, details of concentrate specifications etc.

Would not suggest the Loan Arranger's version is the same as the Twigmeister's Binding Chinese contracts with FMG, which ,when disclosed, were anything but Binding -but any commercial arrangement will have a theoretical commencement period otherwise it could go on infinitum.
