We're capped in the low .40s. Cannot seem to break out of that now.
And we probably won't be able to until the company finally starts the f'ing SU trial, PDT trial (which were both scheduled to start in 2007), files the IND, or starts Phase III in the Northern Hemisphere.
Maybe they are on extended holiday.
