The recent road stats show why TCL is such a stable investment if purchased at the right price. Also shows what a positive the M7 will be, adding volume above the norm to the M2. Easy to see this stock reasonably higher in 12 to 24 months - noting that it should trade in a similar fashion to property trusts (although I believe justifies a slightly lower yield).
