I recently met with Mike (CEO) and Ian(Director and previous owner of Manaccom). Not having met Ian before I found him to be very impressive - He was the sole owner of the company Manacccom which has recently been purchased by JUM for 80mil shares and $2.5mil in cash. Manaccom was making approximatley 2mil plus his salary annually and he is very keen to continue this success with JUM - interestingly he mentioned that if the JUM's shareprice didn't appreciate by at least 2-3cents (80mil x 2-3cents = 1.6Mil - 2.4Mil) annually then it wouldn't have been worth him doing the deal . His 80mil share deal was done @3.2c which he believed was around asset value for JUM.

The Latest announcement (see below) is very good news :

    Record Ozlotteries.com Sales in October
A record month of online lottery sales from Ozlotteries in October highlighted the growing popularity of
the Company’s flagship website Ozlotteries.com. The strong month was a result of a number of factors:
    • Growing acceptance of the Internet as a place to buy regular lottery tickets.
    • Fortunate run of Jackpots and the $20 million Superdraw on the 3rd November.
    • Improvements to the www.ozlotteries.com web site and online marketing techniques.

    Winning Streak
The popularity of Ozlotteries.com is also highlighted by a recent run of good fortune for Ozlotteries.com
    customers.
    • A $5 million Division 1 prize was won by an Ozlotteries.com customer in August 2007.
    • A $2 million Division 1 prize was won by a Syndicate sold from Ozlotteries.com in November 2007.

    Yahoo!7
As announced 2 October 2007, Yahoo!7 and Jumbo announced the public launch of Yahoo!7 Lotto at
www.yahoo7.com.au/lotto. Since the launch the number of customers from this new site has grown
    steadily.

    Manaccom Record Month
As announced on 4 October 2007, the newly-acquired business of Manaccom has recorded its highest
monthly sales in its 21 year history for the month of September.
The record month is mostly attributable to the release of the Trend Micro Internet Security 2008 range of
software which includes an anti-virus and anti-spyware software.

    Net Nanny
Manaccom has signed an agreement with Content Watch International (CWI) to distribute their range of
internet content filtering products in Australia and New Zealand.
The range includes the popular Net Nanny Internet filter as well as other appliances that enable
businesses to block specific web sites and help prevent the loss of productivity that occurs when
employees spend time browsing non productive sites on the Internet.
Manaccom has marketed and supported Net Nanny to the consumer market in Australia for almost ten
years. In that time the Net Nanny brand has become recognised as the leading Internet content filter
available in Australia for use on a PC. Manaccom and Content Watch are now working together to
tender Net Nanny to the Australian Government as a product to be included in the "Protecting Australian
Families On-line" initiative. Should the tender be successful, Manaccom will undertake the distribution
and provide support to users of Net Nanny under contract to the Australian Government, which will
make the product available to families at no cost.
