Both stocks tend to jump in price in the weeks prior to going ex div. CIY went from the $3.70-$3.80 mark in mid Sept to $4.30-$4.40 in mid October just before the ex div date. IPA will probably climb in a similar manner during November. The current price of 74.5c is a gift, in fact anything up to 85c would still be a bargain. This friday's AGM should produce a definite final div decision (est 6c / share ff ) and that'll get the dyp punters interested.
