Payble got 11 councils onboarded and revenue in shooting for over half the market which would be in the 100s of councils...... ( revenue per council you think be 100k plus dont quote me on that)
If they get that over the journey the revenue could be in excess 30-50M imo. They need to try hold onto that asset as long as possible, As the benefit of that asset will likely be worth many multiples in 3-5 years. ( hold over 30 percent)

lets say the company valued at 50 M could be conservative on that ARR in 3-4 years that's 15 M to id8 on paper valuation. Issue is more around how many SOI will be there for id8 and implications for SH.

You can keep running a business and just keep issuing new shares as most of these unprofitable companies do on the asx. You can keep having backing to issue them but we all dont have bottomless pockets too not dilute long term holders too much. We are potentially stlll early here but original SH will need too keep supporting the business to see the fruits of the long term commitment of early SH. ( not easy)
