The price of CIG shares may languish until drilling commences. Oil slipping below $60 doesn't help either.
I see no reason for the shares to go back to 10 cents in the near future. The STO partnership is already priced in for now. The chart looks bearish short term with the breakdown at 8 cents. At some point CIG is a buy, just at what price and when is the million dollar question.
Just my opinion. I do not hold CIG. Hope it works out for CIG holders, the potential is there. There are worse risk/reward profiles to throw your hard earned play money at. Cheers/
