I for one don't expect them to make something up and if they have nothing positive to announce then I would expect them to say nothing...and that is exactly what they are doing!
But for those shareholders who don't or can't count let me clarify...
July 2014 STX were 14 cents... currently STX is 9.6 cents
ie. 14 minus 4.4 = 9.6 equates to "starting to rise" I think not.
