Phase 2 was always going to take some time and would be a period of low (or no) news flow. I suspect that as they progress this phase we will see a substantial pick-up in news flow and other results / JV's / project planning etc that will be generated off that news (assuming it is good news). It is normal for a stocks momentum to fade in times like that.
Hopefully the qtrly next week shifts the momentum back to the upside.
