I totally agree but he is here for long term and at the moment sp is down due to management uncertainty and lack of direction in progress towards mining. I think he cares about future sp few years down the line from now and there is little he can do atm other than prove doubters wrong but this will take time. I have increased my holding here again. This kind of company is a great recovery play imho.
