Thanks for your informative quote. I would have responded sooner...but don't look at the thread that much (along with most people).
Regards the finance I have copied an extract from the December Half Year report:

Secondary lead smelter progress
Equipment selection completed and quotations accepted.
Building design and associated works underway.
Share Purchase Plan completed in December raising $2.150 million.
Other private placements proceeding.
Institutional finance to be completed February 2010.
Final funding will comprise :
o SPP funds.
o Private placement funds.
o Institutional finance.
o Funds from operations.
Commissioning by December quarter 2010.

Finance to be completed by Fenruary. We've heard nothing different so assume it's in place. Lets hope so.

I agree 100% with you. We need solid, consistent earnings over a few years, with dividends for this company's share price to fire. If it can do that we should at least back around 10 cents.
