There has been a very large seller knocking down any attempt at a move up for the last few months (and last few weeks particularly). Millions have been offloaded. Thankfully -and surprisingly given its poor liquidity-OPI has held up remarkably well , our seller appears to have finished selling and OPI is free to move closer to its real value. The smart people have been taking advantage of the flood of stock available in recent months in what is an otherwise impossible company to establish a large position(top 20 own 90%).
