IMO, the Board is silent because they know QXR has NOTHING. In fact, the silence speaks volumes about:
the Board's work ethic;
the Board's attitude re: accountability;
the Board's contempt for its shareholders; and
the company's prospects.
As for Steve Promnitz - every stock he associates with and pumps is a stock I would avoid like the plague. At QXR he oversaw the utter decimation of the SP and went into a lengthy hiding period.
Mum and dad investors have lost their hard-earned because the non-communicative pricks running QXR into the ground have IMO, unwisely spent shareholders money on useless ventures. It's sickening to see people like this profit at the expense of others.
IMO, ASIC should shut this rotten s***show down.
