Domestic use?...well that is a massive bonus, and will happen, as a shandy in various brown coal stations to meet emissions targets.

Both incorrect - emission targets can be met, did you want PAS to clarify that one?

Current Port and Rail can take 2mpta.

First mover COLDRY target 2014. DFT is for 2mpta, then scale up to 5,10 and then 20mtpa in tandem with Port and Rail for supply to meet demand.
