No disrespect but Poor excuse ,If that was the case how come the newly build gold plants and Iron ore miner plants in WA ie Capricorn have been built in time and under budget ?
Yes the new iron ore miners are struggling now but initial CAPEX was kept in budget .
Maybe some fuel cost rises but anyone and everyone in the industry knows most projects have been running smoothly several MDs and NEDs I have recently spoken to have reiterated that
My bets are that financial institutions realise the project is potentially viable , but not under the previous form of hands off management
