When I saw that image of Starmer and Rayner taking the knee, I knew they'd bring a whole heap of trouble. If you want to be Prime Minister of Great Britain, get up off your knees, show some dignity.

What strikes me about Starmer, Cooper, Rayner et al is that they have the minds of teenagers. In a moment of crisis an adult calms the mood, reassures people, promises to listen and then offers hope of a solution. Starmer came out swinging like a teenage activist telling people that they smelt of 'poo poo'. The only thing he is fit to lead is a student union. Where are the adults?
