Why are we shareholders not being provided with the full details/documentation of the upcoming Companies Capital Raising well prior to the many scheduled State briefings so that all issues and discussions may be had by all us shareholders concerning this Co's Capital raising and the future directions of the Co generally .....Once again have they something to hide or is it once again just a lack of full and honest disclosure issues that they don't want raised by shareholders at such state briefings because of the poor performance of management and failure of the last quarterly report.....Obviously they don't want shareholders to ask too many qustions at such briefings.
I think that these briefings have no other function other than to make themselves feel good after what I consider (to put it mildly) as being great big stuff up's by this Co.
What happens to many of us shareholders who are unable to attend these State briefings. Will different issues be raised , Will topics and replies by Co management be covered/given in different states ?????. What controls are in place for this not to happen. Will we all get full written minutes from each state briefing as to exactly what was said, asked and how it was responded to by the Co.
Once again just another poor sign of how this Co treats shareholders interests.
