Sorry Hawkers, whilst I agree with many of your posts, I respectfully disagree with this statement....
If things were to go pear-shaped (and not saying they will or will not) and confidence in the market was shattered, it wouldn't matter what was thrown at it.
If there is a property bubble with a pending crash (again, not saying we are or are not, just using the basis of your hypothetical reasoning) history shows us that there is nothing that can be done....once she blows, then that is it, the reset button has to be pushed.
