you have asked twice about dilution of TEG as a result of $11m raise and share issue.
as holder of TEG it seems to me it WILL reduce holding as a percent and value of GAS to TEG.......as a percentage.
IF however it results in much greater $$$$ outcome for GAS then...maybe.
.it will be OK.
I cannot see ANY reply to your 2 asks
