waiting around for updates ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzz.... decided to work out how many GAS shares I would be allocated if say TEG distributed to S/Hs (I know not going happen) ....
so with 1.335bill TEG shares divided by GAS shares held 47.8mill I get= 27.9. .... so if equally divided out to all S/Hs (not including opts that are well out of the money at present)
So I hold 8.5mill TEG shares worth A$102k at last traded price 1.2c ....
so for every 27.9 TEG shares I would get 1x GAS share ,,,this works out to be 304,659 shares (at last sale 30.5c) worth = $92,920
So as we can see GAS shares make up 90% of our TEGs shares value ... so we have a very close tie to GAS SP .... really when you think about it why would you buy GAS shares .... just buy TEG and you pretty much are with only 10% of the present value allocated to TEG assets ....
