I like analogies to help get ur message across. The best analogy I can think of now involves the comparison AED's health to the health of a person.

So then imagine a person in a coma and that sums up AED's state of health and here is the dictionary meaning of the word for want of any doubt, "a state of prolonged unconsciousness, including a lack of response to stimuli, from which it is impossible to rouse a person".

Now don't you love the optimism of the DTs. U gotta hand it to them,that they can get excited over a stock that is in a coma. Unfortunately ATM I'm concerned about getting a pulse and the do(re)ctors seem to have abandoned the patient!
