    IMO it's just a matter of time before ECT features in a report such as this. Or at least piggybacks onto one of the other projects in some collaborative fashion. Like they are trying to do with the VIC HESC project.

    Nice to see all levels of Govt and the private sector on the same page for once.

    The next two years will be exciting for ECT imo.
