Every good league side needs some thugishness. NSW have tried to win with all thugs for the last 10 years without adding some brains. The likes of Gallen Bird Gidley Ennis now Woods and Fifita are the toughest nuts around, but don't have the footy brains. There have been good ones like Buderas and Farrah but it's been weighted too much to the thugs. Pretty simple but they pick essentially the same mix every year.
