Talk is cheap,action speaks louder than words, bit of a tall poppy syndrome have you.

Its true some dont get what they could/should obtain,however,its not always about money.

That said with the new TV rights deal,those who are been paid unders will have an oppurtunity to take the salary elevator up a couple of more floors.
