If ever there was a exhibit showing who is the best player in the game tonight is it. He is injured and goes by the name of Darren Lockyer. QLD have been rudderless and increasingly embarassing in attacking options. Hunt showed his defensive skills and not allowed to do much else, Folau wasted on wrong wing and Thurston, christ... played well for all of 8 mins and not consecutively either.
Bad news is Lockyer will miss entire series IMO, wont rush him back again. Need to think about his longevity.
