    Can anybody figure out the state of play for this stock now.

    EQN have the shares of the Directors, Transamine and the Saudi guys equal to 19.9% of stock, but EQN have only mangaged to pick up another 0.6% of the stock giving them 20.5%, not exactly a sign of confidence in the EQN offer.

    What is the Acceptance Facility, is it by any chance a sign of frustration or desperation.
