    I have no doubt in my mind that NEN is a good bet. However I have been involved in junior oilers for a long time and those with good potential get taken out by one of the Big Boys before they become a mid tier company. So if Paloma gets any bigger for NEN then someone like OXY will make a play sooner than later.
