This whole scenario is Deja vu for me;
CSS late September 2013, CSS decides to rally ridiculously on nil significant news and then go into trading halt for a CR.
I'll be looking at subscribing if its offered; long term investment
I will be super pissed if this is only offered to Instos and "Sophisticated"
