Nothing has changed since the last extension just a lot of rumours from people that want to sell newspapers.

I see no reason why the negotiations wouldn't go right to the wire, that is Wednesday night April 30. Why would Centro want to do a deal early? There is absolutely no benefit to them.

The rumours of take over are rubbish IMO. Who would want to sell off a cash cow like Centro?

I expect to see the SP languish back into the 30s as people work themselves up into a frenzy about there being no news.
