With CVN falling to new lows for the year you have to wonder how much longer can management sit around doing absolutely nothing. As you mention their main project is under the control of STO and may be years away from any progress being made .The only control they have is to sell it. Did mention way back that they might move on a smaller oil/gas company that are actually doing something. Suggested TEG or BAS both have moved up strongly since. Management cant just sit there for several more years doing nothing and no alternative plan.
