I understand that STO are waiting for the OPP to be approved by NOPSEMA and this was also a factor in delaying FID. STO have had recent court issues with their approvals. Does anyone have any insights as to whether the approval is delayed due to the operating plan or NOPSEMA recalibrating their approval process to prevent a similar embarrassment?
I also wonder whether emissions are becoming more relevant in gaining approval. I would appreciate any thoughts around this too.
